XOX-Voopee lets you make HD Voice Calls and send SMS via your existing mobile data services on your local mobile operator or Internet via WiFi.

You can download the XOX-Voopee mobile app from the Google Play (Android Market). As for iOS, Windows mobile and Blackberry versions, we will be releasing shortly in the near future.

No, the Voopee mobile app is absolutely FREE to download and doesn’t require any registrations. Other than that, the app is preloaded with RM2 airtime for you to try calling and texting other phone numbers from other telco operators.

11.    What is the basic mobile operating system to run XOX-Voopee?   
Voopee currently supports Android 2.1 or higher. Versions on other operating systems and platforms will be releasing in the near future. All services on Voopee require a valid Voopee account and a data network connection by both parties.

   12.    What countries are XOX-Voopee available now?   
At the moment, XOX-Voopee is only available in Malaysia.

13.    Can a non-Malaysian subscribe to XOX-Voopee?   
Yes, XOX-Voopee is available to all residents in Malaysia with a local SIM card.

   14.    What does it mean by XOX-Voopee network?   
The XOX-Voopee network is a community of people who enjoy the services provided by XOX-Voopee. If your family and friends are registered in the XOX-Voopee network then you may enjoy unlimited HD Voice Calls and SMS as well as other services with them.

15.    Will I be charged if I make international calls with XOX-Voopee?   
Yes, you will be charged one LOW LOCAL CALL RATES for making international calls to any Malaysia numbers with XOX-Voopee.

   16.    Will my friends be charged for call or send SMS to my XOX-Voopee number?
If your friends call your XOX-Voopee number, they will only be charged at local call rates. However, if they are part of XOX-Voopee community, all voice calls and SMS are FREE!

17.    Is there a PC/Desktop version of XOX-Voopee?
There is no PC/Desktop version of XOX-Voopee at the moment. We will continuously expand to more platforms in the near future.
