You can download the XOX-Voopee mobile app from the Google Play (Android Market). As for iOS, Windows mobile and Blackberry versions, we will be releasing shortly in the near future.

4.    What is SIM-FREE mobile?
A SIM-FREE Mobile does not require a physical SIM card to operate. It utilises your existing mobile data services from your local mobile operator to make voice calls and SMS.

5.    I can also use other mobile apps to make calls. How different is XOX-Voopee compare to these mobile apps?
XOX-Voopee is a SIM-FREE Mobile that gives you a SECOND phone number to make/receive calls and SMS to any numbers of other telco operators with minimum rates. 6.    Will I be charged for using XOX-Voopee services?

No, the Voopee mobile app is absolutely FREE to download and doesn’t require any registrations. Other than that, the app is preloaded with RM2 airtime for you to try calling and texting other phone numbers from other telco operators.

7.    Will my friends be charged for call or send SMS to my XOX-Voopee number?
If your friends call your XOX-Voopee number, they will only be charged at low local call rates. However, if they are part of XOX-Voopee community, all voice calls and SMS are FREE!

8.    What does it mean by XOX-Voopee network?
The XOX-Voopee network is a community of people who enjoy the services provided by XOX-Voopee. If your family and friends are registered in the XOX-Voopee network then you may enjoy free HD voice calls and SMS as well as other services with them.

9.    Is there a fair usage policy or gap for voice calls and SMS between XOX-Voopee users?
No, there is no limitation or fair usage policy.

10.    Are there any hidden costs for using XOX-Voopee?
No, there are absolutely no hidden costs for using Voopee. You will only be charged for calling or texting non-Voopee users from other telco operators.
